Compassionate, physical and energetic support as you recover, rest, and adjust to life with your new baby. I provide a calm, nurturing presence, while assisting with nourishment, rest, emotional support, resources and everyday needs that allow you to feel cared for too-while building confidence, trust in your instincts, and developing your own unique relationships with your baby
Care for Baby
Gentle, attentive, newborn care, supported by professional training and years of hands on experience caring for babies. I provide support with all newborn care and needs while honoring your baby's natural rhythms, unique cues and individual energetic needs. My role is to loving care for your baby while supporting the bond and connection growing between you.
Care for Family
Welcoming a new baby transforms the whole family. I offer practical, physical, emotional and energetic support for partners and siblings, as everyone adjusts to new roles and routines. My intention is to help create a calm, grounded home environment, where your family can connect, settle in and discover it's own new rhythm together.
